Name
This organization shall be known as the Central Valley Invitational Racing Pigeon Club (hereafter referred to as the Club).

Objectives
To preserve, protect and enhance the sport of racing pigeons; to join in worthy efforts to elevate the sport to the highest plane of sportsmanship, competition, honor, and fair dealing; and to provide certification and awards of record to those entitled to them.
